What type of food serving options do you offer?

We offer 2 levels of food service: buffet catering and family style catering.

How do I receive the food?

We offer three options, drop off, drop off with set-up and on site-staffed service.

Do all food items go out hot?

Certain items are delivered hot and ready to serve. However, to avoid overcooking, and since some items taste best when heated just before serving, you may need to heat select items to serving temperature. In this case, we provide you with a warming rack, warming units and matches so you can easily and quickly heat the item.

What does tableware include?

Disposable plastic knives, forks, plates, napkins, and matches (for the warming units).

How much are servers?

Normally, we do not provide servers for your event. Please inquire at the time of consultation.

Do you provide bar service?

No we do not, neither do any of our wait staff. Should you choose to serve alcohol at your event, please provide your own servers.

What's the minimum number of people you serve?

For most buffets, 25 guests are our minimum, however our best prices start at 75 guests.

Can I order a la carte?

Yes! Any item can be ordered individually if the quantity meets our minimum requirements.

How can I reserve a date?

Please contact us and one of our event coordinators will put together a proposal. After any necessary changes, return the signed contract and a 50% deposit will reserve the date and ensure current pricing.

Is a deposit always required?

All orders require a 50% deposit. Events such as picnics and weddings that require staff have additional considerations and policies, please contact us for details. We accept cash, corporate checks, certified checks, money orders, MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

How much advance notice is required for an order?

For most catering events, depending on size of party, and order, a 48 hour - 72 hour is sufficient advance notice. For large events or special menus such as weddings, we may require additional time. Please contact us for more details.

Do prices include set-up?

To keep your cost low we do not include set-up in our charges. You pay only for the services you need. Set-ups are available and are priced according to the number of guests.

What additional charges can I expect?

Beyond the cost of the food, San Antonio, TX sales tax of 8% is added to all orders. In addition, delivery is extra depending on the number of guests and location of the event.

Do you offer same day delivery?

No, we do not. For most, we ask for a 48 hour - 72 hour advance notice.

After the party, what do I do with the food containers?

Everything we send you is disposable, so you can dispose or recycle the containers.
